Hale Brown Architects have significantly transformed this office space by adding a new rooftop extension to create a beautiful duplex unit with loft-style roof lights and a terrace. The project has in fact won the OAS Awards 2022 for ‘Best Delivered Office Space in City of London, under 35,000 sq ft’ by designing a fully natural ventilated office space. This was achieved through working with the existing building and using a minimal selection of sustainable materials.
