Acting on behalf of KanAm Grund, HK London announce 3 recent transactions at 77 Cornhill taking the building to 100% occupancy!

As a sign of their long-term commitment to the building, Bupa have expanded their footprint over 3 floors, signing a new long-term lease over the 1st floor and regearing their leases over the Ground and Lower Ground demises.

The 2nd floor has recently been let to IT and Cyber Security specialists Oryx Align having undergone a comprehensive refurbishment by Thirdway to provide high-quality, design-led, fully fitted and furnished workspace.

The 6th floor has been let on a fully fitted and furnished basis to digital marketing giant Mapp Digital, with terms agreed within three months of the previous tenant’s lease expiry.
