TWO NEW OCCUPIERS GRACE US WITH THEIR PRESENCE

Competition was hot for this one 🔥

After a series of negotiations with five occupiers we are delighted to announce the letting of the 1st floor at 18 St Swithin’s Lane.

The 1st floor was completely stripped back and transformed by the teams at Minifie Architects, Vincent White Ltd and Constructive, opting for exposed services to showcase the incredible ceiling heights and large windows. We particularly like the green Crittall and light fittings made from hemp!

Just another example of tenant demand continuing to be for best in class fitted spaces – a great result for our client JLL Asset Management with the floor under offer within 2 months of PC.
