It’s been a busy year at The Loom, E1.
2018 Highlights:
- 13 new lettings.
- 40,288 sq ft let.
- 10,946 sq ft refurbished.
Coming Soon in 2019:

The Loom is a 110,000 sq ft Victorian wool warehouse, which is multi-let to 37 occupiers across a range of industries including fashion, art, tech and insurance. The Loom offers a completely flexible leasing strategy to suit individual business requirements.
AHOY MATEY!
This week the team at HK took part in The AHOY Centre’s Meridian Pull Rowing Challenge, rowing 8.5 miles from Chelsea to Greenwich AND we came 2nd!

The AHOY Centre are a watersports based charity changing people’s lives and building life skills through sailing and rowing. Their primary objective is giving opportunities to disadvantaged and at-risk youths and offer opportunities for disabled people to participate in activities and courses. A great evening for a great cause.
