AWARD WINNING OFFICES LET AT 6 MIDDLE STREET
HK London are extremely pleased to announce the recent letting of 6 Middle Street (12,502 sq ft) to Bolt Burdon Kemp, on behalf of Trust for London.
Hale Brown Architects have significantly transformed this office space by adding a new rooftop extension to create a beautiful duplex unit with loft-style roof lights and a terrace. The project has in fact won the OAS Awards 2022 for ‘Best Delivered Office Space in City of London, under 35,000 sq ft’ by designing a fully natural ventilated office space. This was achieved through working with the existing building and using a minimal selection of sustainable materials.
Congratulations to Bolt Burdon Kemp on their fantastic new HQ.
