HK London have successfully acquired the 7th floor at Elder Yard on behalf of a publicly listed global recruitment business. Forming part of Norton Folgate, British Land’s landmark new mixed use development scheme between Liverpool Street, Broadgate and Spitalfields Market. Elder Yard was chosen thanks to its best-in-class design, amenity offering, communal lounge areas, bookable meeting rooms and an impressive roof terrace.

The workspace creates an environment designed to maximise productivity, enhance company culture and provides our client flexibility to accommodate their requirements with access to British Land’s Storey Club event spaces across London.

Following an exceptional run of activity in 2025, HK London, acting on behalf of KanAm Grund, are pleased to announce two further lettings at 77 Cornhill – continuing the building’s strong momentum in the heart of the City.

Insurance specialists Stubben Edge have renewed their commitment to the building, signing a new reversionary lease on the 7th floor. Originally moving in after the floor’s comprehensive refurbishment in 2022, Stubben Edge will continue to enjoy a high-quality workspace paired with uninterrupted views across the iconic Tower Cluster.

Meanwhile, HK London has successfully concluded detailed negotiations with The Bank of London Group, who previously occupied the 4th floor on a short-term sublease. Following an agreed surrender with the previous tenant, a new long-term lease has now been completed directly with the landlord, marking a significant step forward for their presence within the building.

And there’s more to come with the 5th floor (3,286 sq ft) launching to market in Q3 2026, offering fully fitted and furnished accommodation ready for immediate occupation.

77 Cornhill now boasts a newly upgraded reception drawing inspiration from the refined finishes associated with Soho House.

HK London, together with JLL, are pleased to announce the launch the newly refurbished 3rd floor at 18 St Swithin’s Lane, EC4, on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management.

It was a pleasure to work with Minifie Architects, Vincent White Ltd and Constructive to deliver another impressive fit out on this 5,617 sq ft floor, moments from Bank and Cannon Street stations. The fully fitted floor includes 52 workstations, four meeting rooms, three call rooms, a kitchen, and collaborative and breakout areas.
