HK London have completed a new lease of the Part 1st floor at Butler’s Wharf, 36 Shad Thames, SE1 to DDCAP Limited.
Set within a historic building with exceptional views of the River Thames and Tower Bridge, the self-contained office (2,440 sq ft) was newly refurbished and features juliette balconies, exposed brick walls and exposed concrete columns.
It is a fantastic space and we wish DDCAP all the best for this exciting new move.
