Blackstone has sold its freehold interest in 1 George Yard, EC3 to an affiliate of Al Ain Holding LLC.
HK London and Knight Frank successfully let five floors during 2017 before disposing of the freehold interest on behalf of Blackstone.
HK London and Knight Frank have been retained by Al Ain to market the last remaining floor in the building – the fourth floor offers 2,695 sq ft of exceptional refurbished office space with excellent natural light.
